• Display preference: your theme choice (light / dark) is stored locally in your browser and is never transmitted to us.
• Server technical logs: for security and reliability, our host may keep standard access logs (IP address, date, requested resource).

• Site security and maintenance — legal basis: legitimate interest in ensuring the availability and integrity of the service.

Retention

Your correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then archived or deleted. Server technical logs are retained for a limited period by our host, for security purposes.

Recipients

Your data is never sold, rented or transferred. It is processed by Phenomain LLC and, for hosting, by our technical provider (Hostinger), acting on our instructions.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@phenomain.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access and controlled hosting.
